then complete form with your delivery instructions. Print
this page and fax your order details to 03 570 5977. Please
note that prices shown include freight and GST.
Your order will be delivered to the door by courier within
New Zealand only - please ensure that delivery instructions are
to a street address. We will contact you to confirm your order
and arrange payment. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
